Our Customer Support number is +91 9238191381 and it is operative from 10 a.m to 6.30 PM on Monday to Saturday.(Sunday and all National holiday are closed)
Please log on to www.doctorcabin.com , then register yourself, choose your location and follow simple instructions to book an appointment with your doctor. Appointment can be booked subject to availability of slot.
Go to Edit Profile on doctorcabin.com. Next to phone number ( check you have entered the correct mobile number or not ) then click verify your number. You will receive a OTP message (4-digit code) via text SMS. Enter your code and click verify.

* If you don't see a confirmation message, try refreshing the page.
It's necessary to book an appointment. Without verify your number you can't take appointment to doctors.
Go to Edit Profile on doctorcabin.com. Next to Change. First you should remove the old one then enter the new one, by following the same process ( OTP message ) you can verify you phone number.
Once you book an appointment you will be provided with an doctorcabin user id and password. You may log in with the id and password and manage your appointments. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with the same or a different doctor depending on the availability of doctor slot on the chosen date/as per your choice.
  • Once you book an appointment you will be mailed a confirmation of the same which will have all the necessary details of your appointment(i.e appointment date time speciality and doctors name). You will also receive a sms provided you have given your mobile number. You will also receive a reminder sms a day before your appointment.

  • You can see it in online. Log in your account then go to My Bookings. In My Bookings you can see your appointment is confirmed or not and your appointment date time specialty doctor name, and also you can check your queue status.
E-mail ID is mandatory for booking through the website. If you do not have an E-mail ID you can give a family members ID.

* The purpose of providing a E-mail ID is for easy communication and it required from time to time.( Without E-mail ID you can't register in our website ).
You do not need to provide your details again when you book an appointment the next time. With the login ID and password you can book another appointment for yourself or any other family members/friends. But you have to fill the patient details if he/she is new to Doctorcabin.
If you know the doctor personally then please request him/her to list on our site . If not then let us know by calling us at +91 9238191381 or droping a line at contact@doctorcabin.com. We will get in touch with the Doctor and discuss listing his/her profile. We will be extremely grateful to you for helping us add more Doctors to the site.
Currently this service is available in two cities Cuttack and Bhubaneswar. ( You can book appointment any time in anywhere in India.)
Please approach the reception/respective staff regarding your appointment. They will guide you to the consultant.
